WCM has two principal models. What determines whether the standard or enhanced model should be used?
The decision about which model to use depends on your requirements. If you want to portray additional safety measures as a separate WCM object, we recommend that you use the enhanced model.
Can I change the model at a later stage?
No, once a model has been determined for a planning plant, it cannot be changed.
Does lockout/tagout require the WCM object to be linked to the maintenance order?
No, WCM allows you to carry out lockout/tagout without the corresponding maintenance order.
